The Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control (ATC) is providing this web site as a service to the public. Terms of use is a legal agreement between the user and the State of Louisiana concerning access and use of ATC site. The usage of the content, reports, images and logos on the ATC website is strictly prohibited. The usage of the reports and data without the expressed written consent of ATC is a violation of Louisiana copyright and other proprietary rights. If the Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control is notified of allegedly infringing, defamatory, damaging, illegal, or offensive Content provided by User, ATC may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of such Content from ATC's website. The Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control reserves the right to prohibit conduct, communication, or Content that it deems in its sole discretion to be harmful to individual Users, this state Department, the communities that make up the ATC website, or any rights of ATC or any third party, or to violate any applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither ATC nor its Providers can ensure prompt removal of questionable Content after online posting.
