Q: I have entered my username and password that I've used on the old ATC Website, why is it not working?


A: ATC has upgraded our RV Portal to provide easier access and better security. You will have to create a new user profile to log-in to the RV Portal. Your old profile credentials will no longer work.



Q: I attempted to create a new user profile, but it is not accepting my email address. Why not?


A: The new version of the RV Portal only allows users to setup an account using the Email Address that ATC has on file for an RV Provider(RV Provider List).


You must use the Email address on file if you are the RV Provider.


If you are not the RV Provider, you must obtain a Trainer PIN from your RV Provider to gain access to submit RV Rosters.



Q: How do I obtain a Trainer PIN?


A: Please contact your Provider, they will need to provide you their Trainer Authorization PIN.


If your Provider does not have a Trainer Authorization PIN, Please have them contact ATC @ 225-925-4041.
